The National Council of IICPA consists of 16 members with one Chairman.<\/p><p>Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, locally known as IAPI, is the only organization for public accounting profession in Indonesia, recognized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. IAPI accords the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation to a professional in accountancy after passing CPA exams and some other qualifications. IAPI is responsible for setting professional standards and code of ethics of the public accounting profession in Indonesia.
