Further, the Chinese companies are required to submit several reports such as tax returns, investment reports, financial reports and audit reports. In addition to that, they need to understand complex legal requirements.<\/p><p>Mr. Huang highlighted the contributions Reanda Indonesia made on several topics such as corporate establishment, corporate governance and taxation on the Investment Guide publication issued by the Counsellor office.
