These investments span multiple sectors including property, hospitality, retail, education, logistics, and food & beverage.

This figure marks a significant increase from previously reported commitments, signalling a growing confidence in IKN’s role as a magnet for sustainable and long-term development. The government’s push to realize IKN as a world-class smart and green city is backed by real commitments from both local and international investors.

Deputy for Funding and Investment at OIKN, Agung Wicaksono, also noted that the current wave of investment demonstrates tangible trust in IKN’s readiness. “We are moving beyond just MoUs. These are real commitments backed by clear planning, land allocation, and business models,” Agung stated.
