Ria Astri

Ria has over 25 years of experience in taxation in a leading global energy solution company. Her last role was Country Controller for a business unit. With her robust corporate management experience, she plays a role as a partner, managing business process outsoucing (BPO) services which cover the area of finance, accounting, and tax.

In addition to BPO, she is  well-versed in handling a full range of Indonesian taxation  issues, including corporate taxes, value added taxes, withholding taxes, personnel taxes, international tax planning, transfer pricing, and all  tax aspects in merger and acquisition deals.

She also provides assistance during tax queries (locally known as SP2DK) and tax audits. Se stands out in seeking specific tax rulings from tax authorities and has extensive experiences in due diligence reviews of merger and acquisition deals, tax dispute resolution and  tax court proceedings.

She once lived in Brisbane, Australia for almost 5 years. This experience provided her exposure in managing government units and non-profit organizations such as Brisbane Central Elementary State School and Brisbane City Council, feeding her passion in serving public interests. In Reanda Indonesia, she continues her passion as she helps businesses solve their problems.
