Suwendho is the lead partner of financial advisory services in Reanda Indonesia. He is the managing partner of Suwendho. Rinaldy & Partner Public Appraiser Firm. He has been practicing as a public appraiser close to 50 years. He contribued significantly in the advancement of the public appraiser profession in Indonesia through his work in the development of Indonesian Valuation Standards.
Suwendho has been leading financial advisory projects in Reanda Indonesia in the areas of business valuation in support of merger and acquistion deals, complex financial modeling, feasibility study, and purchase price allocation. One major transaction he handled was a fairness opinion of the merger of PT Bank BNI Syariah, PT Bank BRI Syariah, and PT Bank Syariah Mandiri.
