Tommy Souw

Tommy has hands-on experience in handling Indonesian customs for more than 20 years. He is a well-rounded professional with exposures in the area of operations, quality, human capital, finances, and strategy. Tommy strengthens our team as Customs Partner and has worked with our global manufacturing clienteles, in particular those from China and Taiwan, in solving their export and import issues. 

In addition to import and export, Tommy is very strong in supply chain management. He helps clients improves production and processes, eliminates waste, and fosters a continuous improvement culture using Lean and Kaizen system.

With deep exposure in the global manufacturing industry, he has helped clients in the application and implementation of ISO 9001 and TS 16949  on Quality Management System and ISO 14001 on Environmental Management System which are crucial for the manufacturing industry.
