Vera has over 25 years of experience in taxation in Big Four Indonesia and in a leading global  oil and gas player. She has a robust corporate experience accross functions – tax, insurance, markerting and sales operation.  Vera has a role as a tax partner in Reanda Indonesia. In her role, Vera provides tax consulting and tax compliance services to a wide range of multinational and local companies in a variety of industries. Additionally, she also provides services to multiple citizenship corporate leaders with ah high exposure of international taxation. 

Vera has deep experience in handling a full range of Indonesian taxation  issues, including corporate taxes, value added taxes, withholding taxes, personnel taxes, international tax planning and taxation in merger & acquisition deals.

An energetic and active problem solver who responds creatively to challenges, Vera stands out in reviewing the business process and third-party contracts, thus providing robust consultancy to make sure the tax implications are well addressed in the contract to achieve optimum value and avoiding commercial risks.
